Terms and Conditions

* Payment methods: When booking a chauffeured service via Let's transfer, payments are made exclusively by pre-payment through bank deposit at any bank branch or via e-banking. The deposit should be made at least 2 days prior your transfer. If the payment is not completed within this period, the booking will be canceled. A necessary condition for the deposit is to state your name and your confirmation number in the reasoning. Regarding the transaction costs, the principal is charged. Right after your request, you will receive our bank details. After depositing the money please send us the proof of the deposit (photo, screenshot, etc.) by e-mail to [email protected]. * Luggage capacity: You must specify the number of bags you have with you in order to avoid any capacity problems in vehicles and for passenger safety * Privacy: The Company ensures the confidentiality of information, relating to customer movements and in no way share your personal data with third parties. We will require some personal information such as name, mobile telephone number and email address, and details regarding your Chauffeured services service request (such as the flight details, pick up and drop off points, date and time of transfer etc.). The above information will be used by us only to achieve the best delivery of the requested services and improve our service to you, respecting General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). * Prices: All prices are inclusive of VAT. Prices include fuel and vehicle fees. The costing of services is in EURO currency. The provider of the transfer service is responsible for issuing a receipt or invoice for the services provided to the customer. The rate quoted, prior to your trip, is an estimate based on the information you provided at the time of the reservation. All rates are subject to audit after order completion. Occasionally changes must be made to correct mathematical errors or to reflect additional stops and waiting time. * Services: We provide transfers to and from airport, port and hotels, for conferences, meetings, shows, sporting and cultural events, tours, customized tours, shopping and city tours, services for private companies and professional offices. * Cancellation and no-show policy: Understand that sometimes may be needed to cancel the booking. You may be charged cancellation fees depending on the time advance the cancellation. In general, if the booking is cancelled at least 24 hours before confirmed pick up time, all funds will be reimbursed. If the booking is cancelled in less than 24 hours before the pickup time, funds will not be reimbursed. If we are unable to contact the passenger or related contact person 1 hour after the scheduled pick-up time, by means of the information provided on the reservation, then the ride will be considered a no-show and will be abandoned and in this case no funds will be reimbursed. * Lost or damaged: We are not responsible for lost or damaged items left in the vehicles. We make every effort to locate property that has been left in one of our vehicles. We retain found items for 30 days. If you have left a personal item in one of our vehicles and wish to retrieve it, you can report by contacting us via email or you may also call our office at 2821089360. We reserve the right to charge a delivery fee for returning found items. * Pet Policy: All animals must be leashed or in a carrier when traveling in a vehicle. We request that when traveling with a pet, you notify us in advance. If you fail to notify that you are traveling with a pet, the driver reserves the right to refuse to transport the pet. * Smoking/Alcohol/Food: Smoking is prohibited in the guest part of the vehicle. If the guests ignore this, they are liable to pay not only the cost for the cleaning of the vehicle but also compensate the loss of business due to the downtime of the vehicle. The consumption of food is discouraged. Alcoholic drinks are only allowed to be consumed in the car with prior consent. * If you cannot find the driver directly, call the 24-hour contact numbers +30 698 7871373, or +30 6983219539. * Operation service 24/7. * Images presented on the Website may differ from the actual vehicle. * The owner and operator of this website is a licensed owner, legally operating as a services provider in the area of Crete. * Reasonable efforts will be made to ensure that the information published on website is accurate and current. However we provide no warranties. * We are not responsible for missed flights, abandoned plans or losses incurred due to circumstances that are beyond our control. These circumstances include but are not limited to, causes beyond its reasonable control, acts of God and Nature, travel congestion, road closures, accidents, flight and weather delays.
